As the season approaches it final, two rounds in London the championship fight between Mahindra and Venturi is heating up nicely with Mike Conway aiming to make sure they beat their rivals to 5th place in the constructors championship.

The two teams are separated by nine points going into the final two races of the season. Conway is hopeful the team can recreate the strong form they had last season in London to ensure they claim fifth in the constructors championship.

“Stephane [Sarrazin] showed we were quick in London last season, and the car has been good this season, and there is a big battle in the championship for a number of people including us. I will try and help Stephane climb up the driver’s championship if it is possible  and get a good result for myself and team as well.”

“Obviously, for the championship, Mahindra are our main rivals, and that is our goal for this weekend. Of course, our aim is also to beat everyone on the track, but we will see how qualifying and the race goes, we have two of them this weekend, and I’m sure it will be an interesting weekend,” said Conway.

Since entering the sport in Buenos Aires this season, Conway has picked up five points and sits 15th in the drivers championship.
