Jake Dennis claims back-to-back Saturday Race wins in London after securing victory last year in London.

The Brit dominated the race from start to finish. The only time the Andretti driver looked vulnerable was at the start when he aggressively cut across the track to block off a fast-starting Stoffel Vandoorne.

Dennis then had to see off the Attack Mode threats, but he was comfortably able to do that, and during his second Attack Mode, he was able to pull a gap on Vandoorne and secure victory by just over two seconds.

Vandoorne looked like he settled for second place during the race, as his title rivals were fighting at the bottom end of the points. The Mercedes driver now has a 26-point lead in the drivers’ standings with three races remaining.

Nyck De Vries came home in third for Mercedes but had to battle hard for it from Nick Cassidy in the closing stages of the race.

Cassidy used the overcut with Attack Mode to move from seventh to fourth and was quicker than De Vries in the final few laps but was unable to find a way through in the closing laps of the race.

Oliver Askew came home in fifth for Andretti, which is his best race result in his Rookie year.

Mitch Evans came from 14th on the grid to finish in sixth place for Jaguar. Antonio Felix Da Costa finished seventh for Ds Techeetah.

Maximilian Gunther was on course to finish in sixth place, but he ran out of usable energy on the last lap and cruised home to eighth place.

Lucas di Grassi finished in 9th despite starting from the back and incurring a five-second penalty for causing a collision.

Pascal Wehrlein picked up the last point for Porsche after starting 18th.

Sebastien Buemi missed out on points in 11th for Nissan, and Andre Lotterer finished 12th in the second Porsche.

Alexander Sims finished in 14th for Mahindra, with Jean-Eric Vergne only managing 14th.

Oliver Turvey was 15th for NIO333, ahead of Robin Frijns and Dan Ticktum.

Edorado Mortara was 18th, and his championship challenge took a hit as he was caught up in a first-lap collision with Sam Bird.

Sergio Sette Camara looked set to pick up Dragon’s first points of the season, but he came to a halt on the final lap, which dropped him to the back of the grid.

Antonio Giovinazzi, Oliver Rowland, and Sam Bird all failed to finish.
